3. Return and Exchange Costs
- Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are $30. This fee will be deducted from your refund or charged for exchanges.
- Refund of Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
